- well located within the city and valet parking which made it easier to get in and out. - kind staff on arrival offered small boxes of sweets to the family - suite was a good size for a family with 3 bathrooms and separate toilet. - swimming pool was good and nice temperature with towels provided by the pool.

I had a truly pleasant stay at InterContinental Doha City. The hotel is elegant, clean, and in a perfect location — but what really made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Kenza at the front desk — she was extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel instantly at ease. Her smile and professional service left a lasting impression. Also, I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Jamila, the manager, for her exceptional support and personal care. Her attention to detail and thoughtful presence truly elevated our experience. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling — they made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay: delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, I was very impressed with both the hospitality and the quality of the services. I booked a classic room to celebrate my birthday for some me time and the nice lady upgraded my room to the junior suite. It was such a nice gesture to make my day feel extra special. The hotel looks luxurious, visually appealing, clean and staff are all nice. The room they gave me was very spacious, clean, bed comfortable and loved the big bathroom with bathtub. The hotel had a lot of restaurants to choose from. We chose the Asian Restaurant and the serving was a lot for an affordable price. There was also a gym and pool. Pool is smaller compared to some hotels but not an issue for me, still enjoyed it.

I stayed here with my family in the 3 bedroom suite. The accommodation was very spacious and I was pleasantly surprised at how capacious the rooms were. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus especially with 3 teenagers. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bonus was the washer dryer which is essential when travelling with kids . The view from the 46th floor is amazing and breakfast was very generous and plentiful. Will definitely book again when we visit Doha again!

Breakfast at the hotel was of a very good standard, the staff at breakfast particularly Rania was always warm & welcoming. The staff at reception Oussail kicked off the stay well with her friendly & efficient service. Concierge staff also a pleasure to deal with, a shout out to Sanjeev.
