I had a truly pleasant stay at InterContinental Doha City. The hotel is elegant, clean, and in a perfect location — but what really made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Kenza at the front desk — she was extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel instantly at ease. Her smile and professional service left a lasting impression. Also, I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Jamila, the manager, for her exceptional support and personal care. Her attention to detail and thoughtful presence truly elevated our experience. I booked a classic room to celebrate my birthday for some me time and the nice lady upgraded my room to the junior suite. It was such a nice gesture to make my day feel extra special. The hotel looks luxurious, visually appealing, clean and staff are all nice. The room they gave me was very spacious, clean, bed comfortable and loved the big bathroom with bathtub. The hotel had a lot of restaurants to choose from. We chose the Asian Restaurant and the serving was a lot for an affordable price. There was also a gym and pool. Pool is smaller compared to some hotels but not an issue for me, still enjoyed it.

The service was excellent throughout our stay, and I would like to extend a special thanks to Ali Fouani. His exceptional hospitality made our stay pleasant and unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend InterContinental the City for anyone visiting Doha. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort, and the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every detail.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and delicious. The location was excellent and convenient.

Property was very nice and clean. Smelled lovely! Suite was huge! Pool was very nice. The staff were friendly. I was able to extend my stay so I wasn’t waiting at the airport for ages, which I was very grateful for.
